I’ve used the Dewitt, NY location several times and each time they have been professional and quick to get me in and out. I’ve also watched as several service advisors told customers that they don’t need certain services at that time when they easily could have closed the upsell. Nice to see the honesty over profit. Installed my tires purchased online from Tire Rack.

I used to be a regular customer at this branch, and I've always had good experiences until this visit. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM for an oil change and to diagnose a tire pressure sensor fault. I arrived and checked in on time. I specifically told the advisor that I suspected one particular sensor was faulty, but asked them to check all of them to identify the problem. My car didn't even go into the shop until around 10:00 AM, and it wasn't returned to me until 10:55 AM. Nearly two hours for such a simple service was disappointing. Even worse, the tire pressure warning was still showing on my dashboard (see attached photo). When I asked about it, I was told that all of the sensors needed to be replaced at a cost of about $150 each. However, the service summary only showed that they checked the tire pressure, changed the oil, and replaced the oil filter. It doesn't appear that they actually diagnosed which sensor was faulty. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. No one informed me that the sensors needed replacement or discussed any repair options. They simply handed me the keys and said I was "all set," even though the original issue I came in for

Picked up my vehicle to have damage done to the after market rim , then to the price I was quoted not being the price given after saying xyz was not done the price should reflect that she walks out the door I can clearly see her she walks back in repeats the same price I said okay let’s get someone in here that knows what they are doing this was supposed to be updated before I got here a half hour later zero info on my rim only we will get the rim guy on it it’s been 6 days no contact from them I picked it up on Friday , sat am check engine light was on I call they say $99 to run a diog on it !!!! Truck does not have a smooth ride like it did prior to having work done on it . The communication was off from day one when you go in store they just try and get you back out the door . They had the vehicle for a month it was nothing but a headache I question the work done that was paid for such as the alignment vehicle is not driving straight but yet what charged and paid for to have done .

I bought my tires here a few years back and was in today for a tire rotation - a free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. I also had a low tire a few months ago and was able to pull up and have them all checked and filled if needed, also for free, no waiting. How many other places take care of you like that for buying from them? I have been a customer through many cars and will be for many more.
